Delicious Thai food
I decided to have a small Thai themed dinner party at my house on Sunday night. I made tasty grilled Salmon steaks and Ahi Tuna steaks in Thai Garlic Sauce. It was so good. I wanted to also prepare spring rolls, but rice paper is very difficult to find, even in Asia. So, instead I found lumpia paper. I made Filipino lumpia and I filled the lumpia with garlic, onions, carrots, mushroom, cucumber, and tofu. They were also delicious. However, I fried them in oil and used a little to much and burned myself. I think next time I will try less oil or cook them in the stove. I had a great time and enjoyed the food. I felt like two countries worth of food was not enough. So, I threw some kimchi mandu in the steamer. That way I had Korean food as well for good measure. http://thaifood.about.com/od/thaiseafoodrecipes/r/grilledbbqfish.htm?r=facebook
